Toyota respects the rights of the customers regarding Personal Data and will respond in good faith to requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of Personal Data in accordance with legal requirements. Personal Data obtained by Toyota will be used for the purposes below.

Toyota will implement proper organizational, physical, and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of Personal Data and ensure that it is managed securely. Toyota will also implement proper human safeguards such as providing training and raising awareness on Personal Data protection for officers and employees who process Personal Data. Furthermore, when processing Personal Data in foreign nations, Toyota will implement proper safeguards in compliance with the Personal Data protection framework of those nations.

4) Third-Party Provision of Personal Data

Toyota will not provide Personal Data collected under Section 2 to a third party without the consent of the Toyota Woven City users except as permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws.

5) Management of Contractors

Toyota may provide Personal Data collected under Section 2 to its contractors within the scope necessary to achieve purposes of use that have been disclosed or announced. In this event, Toyota will require contractors to process the Personal Data collected responsibly and place it under proper management.

4. Incident Response

In the event of a Personal Data breach, Toyota will investigate the facts and causes, implement measures to prevent secondary damage and recurrence, and respond as appropriate.

5. Continuous Improvement

Toyota will work to continuously improve its processing of Personal Data to ensure responsible management. This Privacy Notice for Toyota Woven City will be updated regularly to reflect such improvements.
