The Role of One Day Weavers (Visitors)
One Day Weavers are encouraged to actively participate in the various demonstrations and provide feedback. At Woven City, Inventors plan and develop various technologies and services, while One Day Weavers test and evaluate them. This cycle serves as the mechanism of Woven City to deliver ever-better products to the world.
At this time, the number of experiences available for participation is limited. However, we will continue improving the program based on your feedback and plan to expand the number of experiences available in the future.

In addition to freely touring Woven City, there are optional tours to help you get to know Woven City better.
Tour reservations for all tours can be made near the entrance of the Welcome Center.
Tour reservations for tours starting before 1:00 PM can be made from 10:00 AM, while reservations for tours starting after 1:00 PM can be made from around 12:00 PM.

Take part in this tour to gain an understanding of why Woven City exists, and why it matters for you.
Our staff will guide you through the exhibits to prepare you for your day as a One Day Weaver.
City Walking Tour
On this tour, our staff will guide you through various highlights inside Woven City.
You’ll get a peek at places that aren’t usually open to the public and hear behind-the-scenes stories about the project. You will learn why the city was built the way it is, and what you can hope to accomplish during your stay.
Inventor Garage Tour
Rather than simply observing, you’ll experience the process as if you were an inventor yourself — seeing how ideas take shape into real-world experiments and eventually future products.
Reservation
Each adult (18 years or older) needs to make their own reservation.
(A representative cannot register reservations for multiple people at once.)
・Individual reservations: Please proceed through Steps 1–5 below.
・Group reservations (10–20 people): Please apply via “Group Reservations” at the bottom of the page, and proceed to Step 3 after your reservation date and time have been confirmed.
Woven City is a test course for mobility that is being developed on Toyota's private property and has several rules that differ from those for public use.
Therefore, visitors are required to make a reservation on the dedicated website and agree to various terms and conditions.
To make a reservation, please refer to the procedure below.
First-time visitors to Woven City will be given a pre-entry orientation (required for all visitors/approx. 15 minutes).
Please arrive at each entrance with plenty of time to spare.

Online identity verification
You are required to take a picture of your own face and ID (Driver's Licence, My Number Card, Residence Card, Passport, Special Permanent Resident Certificate, or a Driving Record Certificate) with your smartphone and upload it.

When reserving a parking space, you must register your vehicle license plate information.

How to Use the Free Shuttle Bus
The Iwanami shuttle bus is not available for first-time visitors.
It will be accessible after attending the “Woven City Orientation (Traffic Education)” session on your first visit.

When traveling from Woven City to Iwanami Station, please be sure to take the "Iwanami Bus" that departs from the bus stop with the teal sign.
The "City Loop Bus" that departs from the bus stop with the orange sign does not go to Iwanami Station.

Schedule
Shuttles operate approximately every 30 minutes to 1 hour between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM daily.

*Woven City is open for visitors until 5:00 PM (final entry at 4:00 PM).
Please note that you will not be able to board the shuttle bus after this time.

How to Board (Iwanami Shuttle)
You can use the shuttle from your second visit and onwards, and no reservation is required.
When boarding, please have your Woven City Shuttle Bus ticket ready on your phone and present it to the driver. It can be found on the visitor reservation page.

After completing your visitor reservation, click "Woven City Shuttle Bus" on the reservation home screen.

Present 1-Day Ticket
Click "Display 1-day ticket" and present the ticket to the driver upon boarding.

Upon your initial visiting, we kindly ask you to watch a video "What you need to know about entering" at the gate. The procedure takes about 15 minutes, but may take longer during busy times, so please allow plenty of time for your visit.

If you wish to change the date of your reservation, please cancel your reservation and then make a new reservation with a new date.
In order to accommodate as many visitors as possible, please cancel your reservation in the system as soon as the cancellation is confirmed. Cancellation is due by the day before the planned visit.
Before your first appointment, we will verify your identity through eKYC (online identity verification system). Identification (Driver’s Licence, My Number Card, Residence Card, Passport, Special Permanent Resident Certificate, or a Driving Record Certificate) is required, so please have it ready at hand. In addition, a photo of the applicant's face must be registered for facial recognition.
You may not be able to register if you are wearing glasses, a hat, or a mask.
Also, the file format must be PNG or JPEG and the size must be within 5 MB.

Registration is not required for children under 6.
For children aged 6 to 17, parents/guardians are required to register their child's name and other information on the "Register a child" page.
Unfortunately, each person over the age of 18 must make a reservation individually.
Unfortunately, only assistance dogs (such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs) are permitted inside the venue. No other animals are allowed.
The Woven City App can be downloaded
You can register for Woven City Pay, the city's payment service. We encourage you to do so before coming to Woven City.
You may visit by car. As parking space is limited, if you plan to come by car, please make a reservation by the day before your visit. On the reservation page, there is a section where you can register your vehicle information (license plate number).
*Please note that vehicles not registered in advance will not be permitted to enter, so be sure to complete the registration beforehand.

We are currently preparing to welcome and co-create with a diverse range of Weavers.
We are considering services such as tours and attendant support for visitors with visual impairments. Announcements will be made on this website once these services become available.
There are several multipurpose restrooms equipped for ostomate users. Please ask at reception upon entry for the locations.
Accessible parking spaces are available. Reservations are required, so please contact 0120-905-630 if you wish to use them.

One 6 kW standard EV charger is available in the P1 parking lot in front of the Mishuku North Entrance. No advance reservation is required. If it is available, it may be used free of charge for up to two hours per vehicle.
